This is the signature model of Torayasu Hotei, one of Japan’s leading guitarists.
Based on the small truss rod cover and the 17th-fret joint, this is believed to be a mid- to late-production model.
It features an alder body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard.
It is equipped with two F.G.I. TECHNOLOGY pickups.
There is significant paint chipping on the horn near the 1st string, as well as paint chipping at the tip of the headstock and on the corner near the 6th string.
There are picking marks and dents on the body top. There is a scratch on the fingerboard around the 17th fret.
Discoloration is visible on the white sections of the body finish.
There are also minor scratches, dents, and some tarnish on the metal parts; the instrument shows moderate signs of wear.
It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival and plays perfectly.
Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches, but no issues for normal use
