Suhr Guitars is dedicated to crafting instruments capable of delivering outstanding performance. The Modern series was born as a 24-fret modern-style guitar that embodies this philosophy in every detail.

It features a smooth, elongated “Modern Elliptical .800-.850” neck profile, a well-balanced asymmetrical body, and an innovative neck heel that is unmatched in terms of playability and comfort.
In addition to Suhr’s signature combination of a flamed maple top and basswood back, the series now features a roasted maple neck, which offers high resistance to changes in temperature and humidity, as well as a distinctive resonance. The light, airy tone of the roasted maple is complemented by the characteristic smoothness and midrange of the basswood, creating a perfect tonal balance.
The fingerboard is crafted from roasted maple with a 10–14-inch compound radius. Jumbo-sized stainless steel frets support smooth fingering.
The pickups feature an HSH layout with a combination of SSV, V60LP, and SSH+ models capable of handling a wide range of gain levels. In the mix position, the humbuckers are automatically coil-tapped, and coil-tapping can also be controlled via the push/pull switch on the tone pot.
It also features standard hardware such as Suhr locking tuners and a GOTOH 510 bridge.
There are some playing marks on the body top, minor scuffs and dents on the back, slight discoloration on the back of the headstock, and some slight tarnish on the metal parts; however, overall, this is a piece with very few blemishes.
The back of the neck originally had a satin finish, but it has developed a sheen due to use.
It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival and is ready for use without any issues.
