The TC-HOTEI 35th Anniversary is a limited-edition reissue commemorating the 35th anniversary of Tomoyasu Hotei’s debut. There are six variations, with only 35 units produced for each—making each one an extremely rare instrument.
The guitar is equipped with EMG-HOTEI CUSTOM pickups—custom-made by EMG and distinct from standard SA models. The tuners are made by GOTOH and feature the “Gitarhythm” logo, while the neck joint plate bears an “Anniversary” engraving and a serial number.

The back panel is made of aluminum—rather than PVC—to prevent warping caused by the internal battery and to reduce noise. Specifically, the aluminum provides superior shielding compared to a PVC panel lined with aluminum. The guitar is equipped with the original ZGB-I bridge, featuring a machined brass plate and brass block saddles.

Not only is this a collector’s model, but it is also a guitar that generously embodies Zodiac’s craftsmanship through its handmade construction, making it a highly appealing instrument.

There are some signs of use, including a dent on the lower part of the body back, fine playwear on the body top, and scuff marks around the knobs and on the headstock top.
It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival.
