A used Suhr Modern with a Floyd Rose tremolo—originally a dealer-ordered model from overseas—has just arrived!

This is a used, parallel-imported model.

Suhr Guitars is dedicated to crafting instruments capable of delivering outstanding performance. The Modern series was born as a 24-fret modern-style guitar that embodies this philosophy in every detail.

It features a maple neck with a smooth, thin, elliptical “Modern Elliptical .780-.830” profile; an asymmetrical body with Suhr’s signature flamed maple top and basswood back; and an innovative neck heel that is unmatched in playability and comfort.
The Indian rosewood fingerboard features a 10–14-inch compound radius, and heavy-gauge stainless steel frets support smooth fingering. The fingerboard is free of position marks, giving it a stoic, sleek look.

The guitar is equipped with a set of nickel-covered Aldrich pickups, delivering some of the most powerful output in the Suhr lineup to support any style of high-gain playing. The controls feature a simple configuration: Volume, Tone, and a 3-way toggle switch.
Furthermore, it features a GOTOH Floyd Rose bridge, and the body has been recessed to accommodate even the most aggressive whammy bar use.
Since this model features a locking nut, it is equipped with standard Sperzel tuners rather than Sperzel locking tuners.
There are picking marks on the top of the body, buckle marks on the back, dents along the outer edges, and other minor scratches and dents. The dents on the 6th-string horn of the top and the lower-right corner of the top have been touched up with clear coat. There is a crack in the finish at the neck pocket on the body.
The neck has a satin finish, but it has developed a sheen from use, and there is paint peeling on both sides of the neck.
There is also some rust and tarnish on the metal hardware.
The instrument has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival and is ready for use without any issues.
