The PE series features Aria's world-renowned original shape, bold heel-less joints and arch tops. This is an Aria Pro II(2) PE-R80, made in 1981.

Made in 1981, a major model change from the previous lineup, maple/mahogany/maple body, heel-less set neck joint, maple neck, striped ebony fingerboard, 14 degree head, medium scale, brass nut, PU is CLASSIC POWER x 2, dual sound SW for each, SPT bridge & QH tailpiece, and wooden back panel.

The PE-R80 was used by top artists including Katsumi Watanabe and Masaki Matsubara as a famous instrument of the past, and the fit of the arch back and wide range of sound are the characteristics of this model.

Nut has been replaced, and there are signs of use (dents on the head tip, fingerboard side, and around the body, scuffs and scratches from playing, picking marks, color fading, fogging, bits, rust, etc. on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, rubbing, nut replacement, and mini-switch contact polishing) upon arrival.

以前のラインナップから大きくモデルチェンジした81年製で、メイプル/マホガニー/メイプル・ボディ、ヒールレス加工のセットネックジョイント、メイプル・ネック、ストライプ・エボニー指板、14度ヘッド、ミディアムスケール、ブラスナット、PUはCLASSIC POWER×2、各デュアルサウンドSW、SPTブリッジ＆QHテイルピース、バックパネルも木製で統一されています。

往年の名器として渡部香津美氏や松原正樹氏をはじめとするトップアーティストも愛用したPE-R80、アーチ・バックのフィット感と幅広いサウンドが特徴のモデルです。

ナット交換、使用感(ヘッド先や指板サイド・ボディ周りに打痕、スレや弾きキズ、ピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の色落ち・曇り・ビッツ・サビ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・すり合わせ・ナット交換・ミニスイッチ接点研磨)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは締める方向・緩める方向へ調整可能で±60°まで動作確認済みです。
