This is a 2019 Exclusive Limited Edition model in Pelham Blue.

This SG Standard 61 from Gibson USA recreates the specifications of the SG when it was introduced in 1961. It features a mahogany body, a thin, easy-to-play slim-taper mahogany neck, a bound rosewood fingerboard, a short tenon joint that joins the body near the 22nd fret, and a Burstbucker 61R/61T PU with an Alnico V magnet.

The 5-ply teardrop pickguard, which has many strong fans in terms of looks, is a '61-style SG Standard that captures the charm of the old SGs with modern technology.

It shows signs of use (dents on the top of the body, scratches near the controls, weather cracks on the body back, scuffs and scratches from playing, picking marks, fogging and bits on metal parts and screws, and other exterior damage).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string change, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment) upon arrival, and the truss rod has been checked to 60 degrees left and right.

1961年のSG登場時の仕様を再現したギブソン・USAのSG・スタンダード・61です。マホガニー・ボディ、薄く弾き易いスリムテーパーのマホガニーネック、バインディングの施されたローズウッド指板、22フレット付近でボディと接合されるショートテノンジョイント、PUはアルニコVマグネットを使用したBurstbucker 61R/61Tを搭載しています。

ルックス的にも根強いファンも多い5プライのティアドロップピックガード、オールドSGの魅力を現代の技術で写し取った61年スタイルのSGスタンダードです。

使用感(ボディトップの打痕やコントロール付近のひっかきキズ、ボディバックにウェザークラック、スレや弾きスジ、ピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り・ビッツ、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは左右60°度まで確認済みにて問題ない状態です。
