H.S.Anderson HS-A1 Custom Houstom, early type.

This is the so called "Apple Guitar" Custom Houstom of "H.S.Anderson" brand, which is known for Moridaira instruments with Morris and Bill Lawrence, mad cat, KITE and BASK. The bridge is a three-point type, and the Bill Lawrence PU is a bar type.

H.S. Anderson, which is highly regarded as a Japanese vintage guitar overseas as well as exported models, is a small but attractive guitar with a tight sound like a full shape.

The bridge shape and fingerboard radius are different, so the string height cannot be lowered much. Nut/knob has been replaced and 1 strap pin has been changed to JimDunlop type. It shows signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs, scuffs and scratches from playing, picking marks, fogging of metal parts and screws, etc.).

The fret board has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, fret adjustment, and wiring modification) upon arrival, and the fret board is high enough to play well.

モーリスやビル・ローレンスを擁するモリダイラ楽器、mad catやKITE・BASKで知られる『H.S.Anderson』ブランドの所謂「アップルギター」Custom Houstom。ペグは「Morris」ロゴ入り、ブリッジは3点タイプ、ビルローレンスPUはバータイプを搭載しています。

輸出モデルも多く海外でもジャパンビンテージとして評価の高いH.S. Anderson、小振りながらフルシェイプさながらのタイトなサウンドが魅力の一本です。

ブリッジ形状と指板Rが異なっている為あまり弦高を下げられません。ナット/ノブ交換、ストラップピンｘ1がJimDunlopタイプに変更されています。使用感(小キズやひっかきキズ、スレや弾きキズ、ピッキング痕、金属パーツやネジ類の曇り、等々の外観ダメージ)が見られます。

入荷時にセットアップ(クリーニング・弦交換・ロッド調整・オクターブ調整・弦高調整・フレットすり合わせ・配線修正)済み、フレット山は演奏に問題ない高さがあり、トラスロッドは左右60度まで確認済みにて問題ない状態です。
