USED Martin / D-28 [2015]

The D-28 is a global model representing the well-known and long-established Martin.
In 1931, the 12-fret joint model was born, and in 1934, the 14-fret joint was introduced, as it is today.
Since then, it has gone through many specification iterations, but it is still the world standard model that reigns at the top today.
This particular model was made before the major specification change in 2017.

Made in Nazareth, USA.
All solid dreadnought body with Sitka spruce top and Indian rosewood side/back.
Non-scalloped X-bracing and ebony bridge.
Select hardwood Neck with a nut width of just under 43mm and 25.4" long scale is covered with an ebony fingerboard.
Pegs are equipped with Grover rotomatic (milk bottle).
Body is gloss finish and Neck is satin finish.
* Bridge pins have been replaced. (Dot or inlay on the head has been removed).

After arrival, it has been cleaned, strings replaced, rods adjusted, rubbed, and binding corrected (with bumps).
The truss rod has been checked up to 60 degrees to the left and right, and the frets are still high enough.
The back of the neck has a wide range of luster from playing.
There is a ding on the edge of the fingerboard (between the 1st and 2nd frets, 6th string side).
There are some minor dents, scratches, abrasions, and scratches scattered on the body.
There are some changes in the lacquer coating on the side/back of the body where the body touches the guitar when the guitar is held up.
Although there are some signs of use, playability is not a problem.

The straight sound is very comfortable. It has rich overtones and sustain, and you can feel its greatness even when you just play it lightly!
