A "Straight Body period" RAT2 manufactured in the late 1980s and early 1990s, the RAT2 is equipped with Motorola's LM308N op-amp and is characterized by its thick, sticky midrange and smooth distortion. It is a masterpiece with a sound character that sets it apart from modern RATs.
It is a classic distortion loved by numerous musicians both in Japan and abroad. From the pot date, it is thought to have been manufactured around 1992.
