USED Fender Japan / ST57-55 BLK MOD [3.43kg/1985-1986]

Fender Japan Stratocaster ST57-55, made in 1985-1986 (Neck Date: 11-10.84, made by Fujigen).

This Japanese model follows the 50s style of the past. Basswood body, maple 1P neck, 648mm (25.5") scale/184mm (7.25") R/42.89mm nut, vintage style frets, 1-ply pickguard.

This 57 model is a popular Fender Japan made by Fujigen overseas, and many people are looking for it.

Arm is missing, PU has been replaced (model number unknown) and changed to black parts, strap pin has been replaced. There are some signs of use (color fading, paint peeling around the body and fingerboard, minor scratches, scuffs and scuffs, picking marks, buckle marks, fogging/pits/rust on metal parts, etc.).

The fretboard has been set up (cleaning, string replacement, rod adjustment, octave adjustment, string height adjustment, matching, pot replacement (front tone)) upon arrival. The truss rod has been checked to about 1/4 turn remaining on the tightening side.
