USED Ibanez / RG380DX-QM [3.72 kg / Manufactured in 1998]

An RG380F (Flame) model featuring a gravure-finished quilted maple (QM) top, Made in Japan (manufactured by Fujigen).

This is an Ibanez RG380QM, manufactured in 1998. Based on the RG380F with a Reson Cast body, it features a gravure-finished quilted maple top, a Wizard-shaped maple neck,a rosewood fingerboard, and pickups in the original H-S-H configuration (though unmarked, the catalog lists them as Ibanez V8/S1/V7). The front and rear pickups are escutcheon-mounted, and the guitar features speed knobs, Gotoh tuners, and an Ibanez-engraved TRS-101 tremolo bridge.

Boasting a comfortable fit and high playability, the RG shape makes this a versatile instrument suitable for everything from heavy sounds to technical playing.

Back panel missing; strap pins replaced with Schaller-type (no strap hardware on the strap side);and shows signs of use (paint buildup around the bridge studs due to string tension, pick holder mounting marks on the back of the headstock, a paint crack on the underside of the bridge near the 6th string, minor scratches and scuffs, wear and playing marks, picking marks, ring marks on the back of the neck, paint cracks at the joint, tarnish, pitting, and rust on metal parts and screws, and other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and string height adjustment). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); it has been tested to operate up to ±60° and is in good working order.
