USED Fender / Mando-Strat 8 Rosewood Fingerboard White / Matching Head [2013]

The "Mando-Strat 8," manufactured in 2013, is a reissue model based on Fender Electric Mandolins produced in the 1950s and 1960s, featuring modern updates.

The “Mando-Strat 8” is the 8-string version of the 4-string “Mando-Strat.” It features an alder body, a maple neck, a Fender Electric XII-style headstock, a rosewood fingerboard, and an 8-string configuration (two strings per string), along with volume and tone controls.

It has been refitted with Curtis Novak pickups and shows signs of use (scratches, wipe marks, picking marks, tarnish and pitting on metal parts, etc.).

Set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment); the frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both tightening and loosening directions—operation has been confirmed up to ±60° (currently set slightly tight).
