USED Fender USA / Vintage Series '62 Stratocaster 3-Color Sunburst [3.77 kg / Manufactured in 1992]

The Vintage Series was part of the lineup from the 1980s through the 1990s. This is a Vintage '62 Stratocaster from the Vintage Series, manufactured in 1992.

The 1962 Vintage Stratocaster, the predecessor to the American Vintage series. It features an alder body with a top lacquer finish, a maple neck, a rosewood fingerboard, and is equipped with three Vintage Single-Coil pickups.

With a level of authenticity unique to Fender, this is a highly recommended guitar for players seeking a distinctive vintage sound.

Upgraded to a 5-way selector switch; the nut, frets, pickguard, and plastic parts have been replaced. There are signs of use (minor scratches, scuffs, wear marks, playing lines, picking marks, dulled finish on the back of the body, chipped paint on the joint plate, and tarnish, pitting, or rust on metal parts and screws, among other cosmetic damage).

Set up upon arrival (thorough cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, action adjustment, fret leveling, buzz removal, and nut slot correction). The frets are at a height suitable for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions (tightening and loosening); it has been verified to function properly within a range of ±60°.

Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use.
