A Japan-exclusive model featuring the "Bright TV Yellow" finish, which realistically recreates the rich, deep, sun-faded TV Yellow color resulting from aging.

Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Les Paul Special Bright TV Yellow Slightly Aged Japan Limited, manufactured in 2018.Featuring historic specifications such as a tube truss rod and hide glue for the neck and fingerboard, as well as True Historic pickup selector switches and control knobs, the Bright TV Yellow finish and subtle Slight Light Aged accents throughout the body authentically recreate the look of natural aging.

This guitar has a rich, subdued color with a distinctive character, and the aging process that replicates the look of long-term use is superb.

The SW plate is the included plain type (a Gibson Custom-engraved plate is also included); while there are some signs of wear beyond the original damage, the guitar is in good condition.

It was set up upon arrival (cleaning, string replacement, truss rod adjustment, octave adjustment, and action adjustment); the frets are at a height that poses no issues for playing, and the truss rod can be adjusted in both directions and has been tested to operate within a range of ±60°.
