ナット調整、シム調整、ガリ取りメンテナンス、フレット擦り合わせを行っております。
ネックジョイント部に塗装の欠けがございますが、元々の仕上げによる可能性もございます。
全体的にクラシッククローゼット仕上げによる使用感がございますが、コンディションは良好です。

A Michael Landau signature Stratocaster crafted by master builder Jason Smith.
The body is made of ash, the neck is a one-piece maple, and it is equipped with two Lollar Imperial humbucker pickups.
The truss rod has reached its limit in the loosening direction. At this time, there is virtually no impact on playability. The guitar will be delivered in its current condition.
We have performed nut adjustment, shim adjustment, scraping maintenance, and fret leveling.
There is some paint chipping at the neck joint, though this may be due to the original finish.
Overall, it shows signs of use due to the classic closet finish, but the condition is good.
