ロック6リズムを含んだ18リズムが得られるバリエーション・セレククーを用意。
リズム・セレククー9リズムを合わせて、合計27種類の豊富なリズムが得られます。
アナログ音源を搭載したローランドが手掛ける初期のドラムマシンですが
「バランス」ノブ以外に調整機能が無く、厳密に言うと「リズムアレンジャー」
です。

The Roland "TR-66," which can be confirmed to have appeared in the 1977 catalog, is a "rhythm box" equipped with an "Arrange" function—an automatic variation feature that allows each rhythm to be played in three different ways.

It features a Variation Selector that provides 18 rhythms, including 6 rock rhythms.
Combined with the 9 rhythms from the rhythm selector, this provides a total of 27 different rhythms.
Although this is an early drum machine from Roland featuring an analog sound source,
it has no adjustment functions other than the “Balance” knob, so strictly speaking, it is a “rhythm arranger”
.
