SELMER Paris Flugelhorn Model 62, Silver-Plated Finish

6-inch bell, silver-plated finish, 2 water keys; likely manufactured in the 1970s.
While SELMER flugelhorns are known for being used by Clark Terry and Chet Baker, this is a somewhat rare example featuring a horizontal valve slide layout and a .390–.417 tapered bore.
While there is very little documentation available to confirm this definitively, based on its specifications, it is believed to be a Model 62 manufactured in the 1970s.
With its silver-plated finish, it produces a soft, mellow, and very pleasant tone that is perfectly suited for jazz ballads.
While it lacks flashy engravings, the subtle decorative details give it a distinctly French-made feel.

There are some minor scratches, discoloration, and signs of repairs on a few dents, but there is no major, noticeable damage, and considering its age, it is in relatively good condition.
It has been thoroughly maintained, so you can start playing it right away after purchase.
Repair details: Interior cleaning, disassembly and cleaning, dent repair (bell and 2nd slide), water key cork replacement, overall polishing, re-lubrication with oil and grease

Condition Grade: B+: Some scratches are present, but the instrument is suitable for normal use
