Classic Series 60s Jazz Bass Lacquer by Fender made in Mexico is now in stock!
Debuting in the 60s, the Jazz Bass captured the essence of the music of the era with its sound and groundbreaking specifications. Powerful, clear, and versatile. It gave bassists a powerful voice at any given moment and has long inspired new sensibilities. The Classic Series '60s Jazz Bass Lacquer features a nitrocellulose-lacquered alder body that epitomizes the basses of that era. It also features a slim C-shaped maple neck with a 7.25" radius fingerboard and vintage-type frets. The fingerboard is made of Perferro, a material that has been actively used on Fenders in recent years. Two vintage-style single-coil pickups, a 4-ply brown-shell pickguard, and an aged pickup guard are all included. The guitar features two vintage-style single-coil pickups, a 4-ply brown-shell pickguard, aged parts, an American Vintage bass bridge, and inverted tuners.

The body has some scratches and dings, some color burn and paint reaction, and the hardware is dull, but there are currently no playing problems, and the lacquered finish makes the damage look not bad at all.

Neck condition: No major problems at present.

60 年代にデビューしたジャズベースは、サウンドと画期的な仕様で、その時代の音楽の本質を捉えました。力強く、クリアでかつ多彩なサウンド。それはどんな時でもベーシストにパワフルな声を与え、長きに渡り新しい感覚を与えてきました。 The Classic Series ‘60s Jazz Bass Lacquerは、その時代のベースを象徴する、ニトロセルロースラッカー仕上げのアルダーボディを使用しています。また、スリムなCシェイプのメイプルネックは、7.25 インチラジアス指板にヴィンテージタイプのフレットを装備しています。指板には近年のフェンダーに積極的に採用されているパーフェロ―材を使用。一部では、“ボリビアン・ローズウッド”とも呼ばれ硬さと含油量がローズウッドと酷似しており、ローズウッドに劣らないトーンが得られます。2基のヴィンテージスタイルシングルコイルピックアップ、4 プライのブラウンシェルピックガード、エイジド加工されたパーツ、American Vintageベースブリッジや逆巻のチューナーなど当時の趣を再現しています。

ボディには擦り傷や打痕、多少の色焼けや塗装反応、ハードウェアにはくすみこそ入っておりますが、演奏上での問題は現状なく、ラッカー仕上げのおかげでダメージも決して悪い印象ではございません。
