2019, Black Clouds' classic style JB model!

The Black Smoker is developed by the popular brand Black Clouds. Body is 2pcs Alder center, finish is urethane. Neck is maple with rosewood fingerboard. Neck finish is lacquer. Scale is 864mm, fretboard R is 305R, PU is original, contol is 2Vol-1Tone Mini SW (Seri/Para). The pegs and bridge are stable Gotoh.

There are scratches, scuffs, line scratches, and dents on the body. There is a scratch on the upper left side of the pickguard and a fine cloudy picking scratch on the first string side. There is a sesame-sized ding on the upper left side of the rear PU, and a few tiny dings dotting the side of the left neck. There is a scratch on the bottom of the bridge from when the strings were changed. There is a sesame-sized ding on the upper right side of the body, and other scratches and lines on the outer sides of the body, although not deep. There is a line scratch about 15 cm long in the body back contour. There are also scratches and line scratches around the back-through bushing at the bottom of the body back. There are also some light scratches and line scratches on the entire body back. The back of the neck has scratches from accessories and toe scratches, but they are not deep and do not affect playing. There are dents and scratches on the top of the head. There are some minor scratches on the hardware.

The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod can be adjusted to tighten or loosen. There are no noticeable string marks on the frets, and about 80% of the frets are left. Currently, the string height is adjusted at about 2.2mm on the 12F 4th string side and about 2.0mm on the 1st string side.

Overall, there are some signs of use commensurate with its age, but there is no noticeable damage. The inside of the cavity is coated with original conductive paint, and the wiring is finished quite nicely as if made in Japan. This is one bass that you should definitely try, even if you are considering a traditional F company bass!

話題のブランド『Black Clouds』が展開する『Black Smoker』。ボディはアルダーセンター2pcs。フィニッシュはウレタンです。ネックはメイプルで、指板はローズウッド。ネックフィニッシュはラッカー。スケールは864mm、指板Rは305R。PUはオリジナルで、コントールは2Vol-1Tone Mini SW (Seri/Para)です。ペグ&ブリッジは安定のGotoh製です。

ボディには拭きキズ、スリキズ、線キズ、打痕があります。ピックガード左上には引っ掻きキズがあり、1弦側には細かく曇った感じでピッキングキズがあります。リアPU左上にゴマ粒大の打痕があり、左クビレ脇にもほんの小さな打痕が点々とあります。ブリッジ下部には弦交換時に付いたスリキズがあります。ボディ右上サイド部分にはゴマ粒大の打痕があり、他外周サイド部分には深くはないもののスリキズや線キズがあります。ボディバックコンター内におおよそ15cm位の長さで線キズがあります。ボディバックの下部の裏通しブッシュ周りにもスリキズ、線キズがあります。またボディバック全体的に薄っすらとスリキズや線キズがあります。ネック裏には全体的にアクセサリーや爪先を当てたキズがありますがさほど深くはなくプレイには影響ありません。ヘッドトップ外周部分には打痕や当てキズがあります。各ハードウェアには軽微なクスミや使用感があります。

ネックコンディションは問題なく、トラスロッドは締める方向緩める方向に調整可能です。フレットには目立つ弦痕等はなく、残り8割程です。現状弦高は12F4弦側で約2.2mm、1弦側で約2.0mmで調整されております。

全体的には年式相応の使用感がありますが、目立つダメージはありません。キャビティ内はオリジナルで導電塗料が塗られており、配線は日本製らしくかなりキレイに仕上げられております。伝統的なF社のベースをお考え方にも是非ともお試し頂きたい一本です!
