This is the mid-priced "PM2" jazz guitarist Pat Metheny signature model!
It has a 15 3/4" wide body with easy to hold maple top/side/back, 3-piece maple/mahogany set neck, ebony fretboard, and a simple construction with only one Ibanez Super 58 humbucker pickup on the front, which makes it sound more rich and boxy because there is no pickup in the rear position. The absence of a pickup in the rear position allows for a richer box tone.
Designed with a maximum TOP-BACK depth of 3 5/8" and side depth of 70mm, the body features a long-loved single cutaway shape, a 3-piece Pat Metheny model-specific shape set-in neck combining mahogany and maple, and an ebony fingerboard. It is a model with excellent cost performance.

The binding has been peeled off around the neck volute and some of the wood has cracked since arrival, so it has been re-glued and repainted at a repair workshop. The body is dotted with scratches and scuffs, but due to the natural color, the damage is not so noticeable. The hardware is in good working order and is relatively clean and polished, although there is some tarnishing. There are no noticeable string marks on the frets, and about 80% of the strings are left. The string height is currently adjusted at about 2.0mm on the 6th string side at the 12th fret and about 1.5mm on the 1st string side.

Neck condition: No major problems at present.
