Featuring a traditional spruce soundhole top, a Lyracord body—which is synonymous with Ovation guitars and is ideally suited for the electro-acoustic design—and a deep-bowl construction that produces a loud, rich sound even when played acoustically thanks to its substantial body depth.It also delivers a clear sound with excellent resistance to feedback when amplified through a speaker! Additionally, the built-in OP24 preamp features simple controls without a tuner function, making it a popular model due to its minimal potential for technical issues!
The nut has been replaced. The tuning pegs have been replaced with Grover Rotomatic-style pegs. There are scattered signs of wear throughout the body, including scuff marks and dents; a paint crack on the 6th-string side of the body’s top; and a dent with paint chipping around the outer edge of the headstock. The hardware functions properly and has been polished to a relatively clean finish.
