The E-13 is a popular instrument that inherits the sound of the R-13—the global standard model from the long-established clarinet brand Buffet Crampon—while being easy for beginners to handle and play in tune. It features movable finger rests and silver-plated key parts. It has been fully adjusted, including the replacement of all pads. Overall, there are signs of wear and the logo has faded. There are signs of a previous crack repair on the end of the upper joint near the barrel.
