Crafted in Japan This Mustang-style short-scale bass was manufactured in the era of the label.
The body is decorated in Sunburst, which is not usually seen in the lineup. This coloring is distinct from the standard specifications that are continuously listed in the official catalog, and it is highly likely that this is one of the off-catalog or limited distribution finishes.
The neck is made of maple with an easy-to-grip shape and rosewood fingerboard, providing a good balance between the loose tension and tight, grainy bass that only a short scale of around 30 inches can offer.
The pickups are genuine Mustang type, and their straightforward tone with the natural sound of a passive pickup can be used in any genre, and the tone can be used on stage or for recording with ease.
The pickguard was missing, so it was newly made by a specialized company.
Overall, there are scratches and dents, and the guitar has some signs of use.
The neck is in good playing condition with no noticeable abnormalities.
