Jazz or fusion, this fretless bass is free and flexible.
The Fender Japan JB62-FL is a jazz bass with the smooth slide and warm tone of a fretless bass. The fret-lined fingerboard allows even fretless beginners to play with ease. It can be used for a wide range of expression from jazz and fusion to expression with grease noise. The combination of an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard produces a clear and calm sound, while the US-made single-coil x 2 JB-type pickups provide a tight yet soft tone. This guitar combines vintage style appearance and high playability.
There are scratches, dents, peeling paint, dull parts, rust, and other signs of use.
There is some rippling on the first string side of the neck, but this is not a problem with the current setup.
