The rosewood fingerboard provides a smooth touch and a thick, enveloping tone that is ideal for a wide range of playing styles, including folk and storytelling. It has both the vintage style and practicality of a modern instrument.

It has been over-lacquered overall and the pickguard has been replaced (original is included). (The original is also included).
