The Singing Fretless: A Player's Jazz Bass Built for the Stage
This instrument is based on the Fender Japan JB62-58 and has been converted to a fretless configuration. The fretless fingerboard features white resin lines and has not been epoxy-coated, allowing you to enjoy the natural attack and woody tone characteristic of rosewood.

It is equipped with GOTOH JB-CUSTOM pickups in the front and rear positions. The controls have been modified to a stacked pot configuration, allowing independent adjustment of Volume and Tone for each pickup. Orange Drop capacitors are used.

The nut and bridge have been replaced, and the pickguard has been removed, resulting in a player-oriented, battle-ready finish. This guitar offers the appeal of smooth slides with flatwound strings and a warm, fretless tone.
There are signs of use, including scratches, dents, and some discoloration or rust on parts.
The neck is in perfect condition, and the instrument plays well.
