The MUSIC MAN StingRay EX is a performance-oriented electric bass assembled in Japan that inherits the design philosophy and sonic character of the USA-made StingRay. With its ash-based body and active single-coil humbucker paired with a 3-band EQ, it delivers both a thick, meaty low end and a sharp attack. It exudes an overwhelming presence that won’t get lost even in a full band ensemble.

The unique forward-pushing tone produced by the pickup positioned near the bridge, combined with intuitive EQ controls, makes it versatile enough to handle a wide range of genres, from funk to rock and pop.
