The black FUZZ FACE from the first stage of the so-called "initial chassis" has arrived.

FUZZ FACE was used by guitarists such as Jimi Hendrix and Eric Johnson.
This is one of the "ARBITER ENGLAND" guitars from 1966 to 1967, before the company was bought out by Dallas. The white letters on the black case still tickle my heart.
As for the sound, it is a fuzz sound that can be heard in many famous performances! The germanium transistor seems to be a little cranky in cold weather like winter until it warms up, but I guess that's part of its charm.

The capacitor attached to the base has been replaced from the original by a specialized store, and the germanium transistor may have been replaced from the original. (NKT is stamped on both sides.) The footswitch and pots have also been replaced.

The chassis and base can be judged to be original. Other operations are working normally as it is now.

第1期筐体 いわゆる初期筐体のブラックのfuzz face が到着しました。

FUZZ FACEといえばジミ・ヘンドリクス、エリック・ジョンソンといったギタリストが使用しております。
1966から67年、ダラス社に買収される前になるので「ARBITER・ENGLAND」の一台。黒い筐体に白い文字が やはり心をくすぐります。
サウンドですが、名だたる名演で聞けるファズサウンド！ゲルマニウムトランジスタらしく 冬など寒い時期は温めるまで 若干機嫌を損ねていそうな感覚を感じますが そこも持ち味なのかと。

こちらですが、基盤についている コンデンサは専門店でオリジナルから交換されており、またゲルマニウムトランジスタもオリジナルから 交換された可能性がある一台です。(NKTの刻印は双方ともございます。)
フットスイッチ部分と ポットもオリジナルからは 交換されておりますので、まさに「演奏するために変更している個体。」と受け取っていただければ。
筐体、基盤はオリジナルと判断できます。その他動作は 現状で正常に動作しております。

The items name with "USED" are used items, and comes as shown in the pictures so there may be marks of use. All items were tested by our store staff and we test each item one more time before shipping them out to make sure they are fully functional.
