Designed by General Motors' genius car designer Ray Dietrich, the Firebird's thrilling form is a cool contrast to the white pickguard in Ebony color.

Mahogany body with a 9-piece mahogany/walnut thru-neck and rosewood fingerboard with 22 frets.

The bright, crisp, fat sound of the mini-humbuckers and the long sustain of the through neck go well with slide playing, making this model a favorite among blues and rock players.

It is famous for being the only Gibson electric guitar with banjo type pegs, and for the five years from 2012 to 2017, it was equipped with a gearless tuner developed by STEINBERGER, which enables more accurate pitch tuning and improved head drop.
There are numerous scuffs and dings scattered throughout, and the hardware is dull.
The strap pin hole at the end of the body has been repaired, and there are several paint chips around the hole.
The guitar has been maintained and cleaned at our repair center, and is in good playability condition.
