USED C.F.Martin / D-18VMS made in 1998 [12]

A rare model of the Martin Vintage Series is now in stock.
The Vintage Series was a lineup of Martin guitars from a long time ago, and was a popular series along with the Standard series, with long saddles, open back gear pegs, and ebony fretboards. The model we have just received has a 12F-jointed body with a slotted head, a specification that will stick out like a sore thumb for those who can stick it. The mahogany sound emitted from the rather large body is superb, and the clear and delicate treble range is unique to this model. The feel is clearly different from that of a regular D-18, and you can feel the benefits of the 12F joint the moment you play it, such as the boxy sound and the sense of bass being transmitted to your body. It is a little enthusiast-like specification, but please do not shy away from it and take a look at it.
The original tortoiseshell pickguard has been replaced with a black one. The pickguard was originally tortoiseshell, but it has been replaced with a black one. The back of the neck is shiny, the pegs are dull, and there are some dents and scratches on the body, but it looks clean for its age.
