USED Epiphone / CASINO Made in Japan Orange Label Bigsby Modified, 1988 Sunburst [12]

We have received a Japanese-made Epiphone Casino with an orange label and a 5-digit serial number.
This Japanese-made Epiphone Casino, manufactured by Terada Gakki starting in 1987, was made in 1988—the year following its initial release—as indicated by its serial number.

With its thin full-hollow body and P-90 pickups delivering a sound that is both edgy and rich, this model is a timeless classic and a perennial favorite.

Featuring a full-hollow body design without a center block, this model produces a rich, resonant acoustic tone even when played unplugged.
In particular, models from this era feature a maple neck, which produces a brighter, more punchy sound compared to the standard mahogany neck.

The tailpiece has been replaced with a Bigsby vibrato unit, further expanding its expressive capabilities.
The original trapeze tailpiece is included, so it is possible to revert to the original setup; however, please note that there are screw holes from the Bigsby mounting on the body top.

It can be used as a backing guitar for vocals and guitar, adding color to your band’s sound.
There are scattered fine scratches and dents throughout the body, and the hardware shows some tarnish.
There are numerous pick marks on the pickguard, and there is a crack in the finish at the neck joint, but these do not affect playability.
Since the rear tone knob was damaged, we have replaced it with a knob of the same type.
While it shows some signs of use, it has been fully serviced and cleaned at our repair center, and playability is excellent.
