A 2010 model based on the EDS-1275 used in “Hotel California.”
This signature model is based on the legendary double-neck guitar used by Eagles guitarist Don Felder on “Hotel California.” Limited to a worldwide production run of 150 units—50 of which are “Signed & Aged” and 100 of which are “Aged”—the unit we’ve received is an “Aged” model with serial number “HC073.”

The body is made of solid mahogany, and both the 6-string and 12-string sides feature a 3-piece maple neck and a rosewood fingerboard. Designed with a vintage feel in mind—featuring Kluson-style tuners and a comfortable round neck profile—it is finished in Aged White nitrocellulose lacquer. It possesses an authentic, weathered look as if it had been used on stage for many years, exuding a special presence.

The bridge is a Tune-O-Matic, and the tailpiece is a custom-designed crowtail piece that faithfully reproduces the original. Equipped with Burstbucker #1 and Burstbucker #2 pickups, it delivers a rich tone reminiscent of the classic P.A.F. sound.

Controls include two volume knobs, one tone knob, and a 3-way pickup selector, plus a dedicated toggle switch for switching between the 6-string and 12-string necks. Additionally, just like Don Felder’s original guitar, it features two 1/4-inch output jacks, allowing the signal from the 12-string side to be routed independently to a Leslie rotary speaker.

This collector’s item faithfully recreates every aspect of the legendary instrument that helped define the rock scene, and it is one of the most highly regarded double-neck models available.
In addition to the aged finish, there is stand burn, and the metal plates on the knobs are missing.
The frets have more than 70% of their original depth remaining, the neck is in good condition, and the truss rod is adjustable.
