The BOSS "OD-1 OverDrive" is the origin of the overdrive.
Released in 1977 as the first BOSS compact effects pedal, this model pioneered the "OVERDRIVE" effects pedal genre.
This is the first model made in Japan, ACA adapter specification, full hyphen, lot no. 8000, made in 1977.
This is a rare gem with the characteristic silver screws of the first period, skeleton switch, Raytheon RC3403ADB quad op amp, and 052-281B base specifications.
The lows are tight and more concentrated in the mids, producing a mild and persistent superb drive sound.

There are numerous paint peels on the chassis, and it has a slightly strong feeling of use.

日本製でACAアダプター仕様、ハイフンが全角、ロットNO.8000の1977年製の最初期モデル。
最初期の特徴的な銀ネジ、スケルトンスイッチ、レイセオン RC3403ADB クアッドオペアンプ、基盤は052-281Bの仕様の貴重な逸品です。
ローがタイトでよりミッドに集約されマイルドで粘りのある極上のドライブサウンドを生み出します。

筐体の塗装剥がれが多数あり、やや強めの使用感がございます。
