A signature model by hide, who was active with X JAPAN and as a solo artist.
It features a basswood body, a maple neck, and a rosewood fingerboard; the pickups have been replaced with a VH-401 in the front and a G&B pickup in the rear.
Controls include a volume knob, a pickup selector switch, and a rear direct switch.

* The neck exhibits signs of twisting and warping, which have been corrected through fret leveling.

There is a small chip in the paint on the corner of the body, and a small dent on the back of the body.
The decorative trim on the control knobs is missing, and the parts show signs of tarnish, rust, and peeling plating.
There are scratches and small dents throughout the instrument.
