EHB short scale 5-string model with wooden top perfect for living room or desk side
- Ergonomically designed EHB body to fit the player in perfect balance whether standing or seated
The horns are shaped to balance the body and neck for easy holding when playing standing, and the body curve on the treble string side is designed for a good fit and balance, especially when playing seated.
The surface of the body has been contoured to slope at the elbow point, and all body edges that touch the body have been treated with smooth radii.
The back of the body is boldly cut to become thinner toward the bass strings. This is designed to enhance the fit when playing seated and to allow the player's eye to look at the fingerboard inlays from an angle.
In addition, the back of the horn on the treble string side is cut in a scooped shape to facilitate access to the high frets.
- A more compact 30" short-scale model that does not sacrifice the bass sound.
- The body curve is designed for playing comfort, and the chambered body allows the player to feel the body's resonance more sensitively.
The player will be more aware of his or her own "sound" by experiencing the vibration inside the body as it is in a hollow body.
This also leads to a slight weight reduction.
