Roasted maple neck / AZ shape for a firm and comfortable grip
Heat-treated maple is used for the neck.
The heat treatment provides shape stability, durability against warping, water resistance, and resistance to temperature changes.
The neck thickness is 20.5*22.5 (at 1F*12F), the same as AZ Prestige and AZ Premium, for a firm and comfortable grip.

Jatoba wood Fingerboard
Hard wood with reddish-brown bark and grain, featuring a full midrange.

Flame maple top / Alder body
Alder wood, characterized by its well-balanced bright tonal characteristics and rich sustain, is bonded with flame maple wood with beautiful grain.

Ibanez Original "Classic Custom" Pickups
Original Ibanez single coil pickups with alnico magnets are mounted at the neck and middle positions.
It features a warm, clear and natural tone.
The bridge position is equipped with an original Ibanez humbucker pickup with ceramic magnet.

Alter Switch for dyna-MIX 9 wiring
With a single flick of the mini-switch, you can freely switch between humbucker mode and single coil mode for a total of 9 different sound variations.
The neck and center single coil are wired in series to simulate a 22F neck humbucker sound.
This is a switching system for the modern guitar player who must play multiple roles with limited equipment and limited resources.

T106 Tremolo Bridge
Like the Prestige AZ and Premium AZ, the T106 tremolo bridge has a narrow spacing design with a 10.5 mm pitch between strings for ease of skipping, hybrid picking, and other picking techniques across the strings.
Six independent saddles allow easy height and intonation adjustment for each string.

Jumbo-size stainless steel frets
The fretboard is easy to maintain and features quick sound rise, good separation for chord playing, and clear sound output for single-note playing.
The jumbo size fretboard allows for light touch string pressing, fast passages, and smooth chalking.
