The body of the CPX was designed with sound and playability as an electric acoustic guitar in mind. The bracing is also designed to provide a dynamic sound with excellent response and to prevent feedback. The SRT system allows the rich sound of the medium jumbo body to be reproduced with even more realism on the live stage. It is also available in a variety of colors.
Pickups

In-house made piezo pickups with independent elements for each string.
A.R.T. pickups (1-way), which are known for their natural acoustic sound, are used. A higher quality acoustic sound is obtained by matching with a new preamplifier that realizes expanded dynamics.
Preamp

Control Panel
The preamplifier, which is the heart of an electric acoustic guitar, uses a newly developed in-house preamplifier optimized for each of the three types of pickups. In addition, the power supply has been changed from conventional 9V type dry cell batteries to two easily accessible AA batteries, and the circuit has been reviewed to stabilize the supply voltage, stabilize the supply voltage, and expand the dynamics. Furthermore, the control panel design for all grades has been unified with the same simple and functional taste as that of SRT's top-of-the-line "LJX26CP" model.
A convenient tuner function is also included!
Position Marks

The position mark design of the CPX1000 series has been refreshed with a new position mark motif based on the compass needle, the symbol of the "Compass" series. The new position mark design is more aggressive and more suitable for the high quality sound of the SRT pickup system.
Bracing

Both APX and CPX bodies feature non-scalloped X bracing.
Truss Rod

The position of the neck adjustment by the truss rod has been changed from the head side to the sound hole side. By eliminating the tunnel machining at the lower nut rod adjustment position, the energy of the string vibration received by the nut is more reliably transmitted to the head and neck, and at the same time, the truss rod cover on the head has been eliminated.
