The "Icon Series" is a series of reproductions by skilled technicians of representative pieces that have colored the history of Musicman.

This time, the Icon Series features
Legendary studio musician "Pino Palladino," known for his work with the John Mayer Trio, The Who, and others. Eric Clapton, Jeff Beck, Ed Sheeran, and many others are well known to all bassists as top-class bassists who have played with the greatest artists of their time.
This is Pino Palladino's signature model. This is a fretless Stingray model.
The body sides, back, and metal parts have been aged, and a replica sticker has been applied to the body back based on historical facts. The head decal, bridge plate, and micro-tilt back plate are also designed as late 1970s models. The serial number is also assigned to the model, which is close to that of the 70s model, in accordance with the model used by Pino himself.
In addition, Pino's autograph is on the back of the head. This is a truly fan-favorite specification.

The body is made of selected poplar wood, 1pc. Painted with nitrocellulose lacquer, as you can see from the expertly aged finish. The neck is made of 7.5 radius maple with a beautiful slab rosewood fingerboard. The asymmetrical neck shape of the original is also fully reproduced. Naturally, it is also coated with aged nitrocellulose lacquer.
The pickups are Late 70s StingRay Voiced to reproduce the original sound, and the pickup covers have also been aged. The controls are 1 volume and 2-band EQ, with Treble and Bass controls respectively, and a 500K treble pot is used to reproduce the original specifications.

The original hard case, certificate of authenticity, cloth, etc. are included. The certificate shows that this is the 13/15th one.
