The 2022 Fender Custom Shop 2020 Spot Model 1962 Stratocaster Relic Surf Green has arrived!

It features a 2-piece alder body finished with a Medium Tint Flash-Coat Lacquer and a 5/4 quarter-sawn maple neck.
The fingerboard is made of "Flat Lam AAA Rosewood."
The fingerboard radius is 9.5", and it is equipped with 21 "Narrow Tall/6105" frets, a Custom Shop staple.
The neck shape is a "60s-style Oval 'C'".
It features specifications true to the Custom Shop, retaining the feel of a vintage Strat while remaining easy to play in a modern style.

The entire guitar features a "Relic" finish, and the body color is "Surf Green."
The combination of the Surf Green body and the Relic finish makes for a truly stylish instrument.

It is equipped with three original "Strat Fat 60s" pickups.
It delivers a strong, powerful sound while retaining the responsiveness and brightness of a single-coil pickup.
Additionally, the middle pickup features a "Reverse Wind / Reverse Pole" (RWRP) configuration, providing hum-canceling effects when the half-tone position is selected.

The controls utilize the "Strat Vint Mod #2" system, which allows the tone control to affect the bridge pickup as well, making it easier to shape your sound.

As for its condition, the relic finish makes it difficult to assess, but there are no visible scratches or dents added later, and it retains its original character.
