The Nocaster was originally manufactured as a Broadcaster, but it was renamed to the current Telecaster because it closely resembled Gretsch's "Broadkaster" drum name.
The Telecaster was called "Nocaster" and was manufactured until the name was changed.

The Nocaster we have in stock this time is a Nocaster made in 1951, the year before the name was changed to Telecaster.
The body is made of top quality swamp ash and the neck is made of one piece of high quality maple.
The neck shape is the Nocaster "U" shape, and the thick and fat neck grip, which is typical of the Nocaster's sales period, has been reproduced in many places.
The headstock is of course covered with only the Fender logo without the model name.

Two original black bobbins are mounted on the PU.
