The Fender Precision Bass was born in 1951 as the world's first fretted electric bass.
The Telecaster shape was first introduced in 1951 as the world's first fretted electric bass, and was later changed to the current shape.
Since then, it has been one of the top models of all basses without changing its shape until today.

This model is now in stock with an ash body and rosewood fretboard, which is rare for a '76 model. As indicated by the actual weight of 4.82kg, it has a very heavy feel. The weight is also reflected in the sound, with an extremely thick bass range that is truly breathtaking. You will not find a warmer sound anywhere else.

The neck date is "0103-116x". Pickup date is "xxxx876". The pot dates are "1377607" and "1377607" respectively, and we judge that it was made in 1976 overall. The only thing replaced is the wiring material. The parts including accessories are almost fully original, which is an astonishing spec. There is little deterioration of the paint, and the inside of the cavity has been sealed, indicating that the instrument has been carefully stored and used. The truss rod has about half a turn remaining, but there is no other major damage. The neck is currently in good condition, and both looks and playing condition are excellent.
