USED MUSIC MAN / Axis EX Trans Black [03]

Music Man Japanese-made AXIS EX, which was manufactured in a designated factory in Japan using the same hardware as the Music Man USA model, is now in stock in used condition!
The PU selector is placed in the same position as the EVH model, which is different from the USA model.

The quilted maple (veneer) top, bird's eye maple neck, and maple fingerboard are used. The body back is probably made of alder, judging from the graininess of the neck pocket.
This is a guitar that makes you think "this is MUSICMAN," and is sure to satisfy even the biggest fans of AXIS.

The markings on the neck pocket indicate that it was probably manufactured around 1997.

The body shape is small and easy to play, and the neck grip is asymmetrical with the 6th string side thicker than the other side. The grip is coated with oil satin paint, which gives the guitar a stress-free playability and a sense of security even on long stages.

The Schaller pegs, direct-mount DiMarzio humbuckers, and other brawny assembly features give this guitar a clear, edgy sound with extended sustain that does not collapse even under heavy distortion. The simple controls do not leave anything to be desired.

This is a signature model, but it has been loved as a regular model for many years.

Condition
The body is dotted with dents of various sizes, and there are signs of use commensurate with the year of manufacture.

The neck, frets, truss rod, etc. are all in good playing condition.
