This is a Yamaha Alto Saxophone YAS-62. This is a first generation J-guard. This model is still very popular and is used by many advanced players, which shows the high quality of the first generation. It has a light sound, but it has a core and can handle power well, so it can be used not only for jazz, but also for smooth music.
The bell and neck have repair marks, and there is some rust scattered throughout, but all the tampos have been replaced and adjusted, so this is one that is ready to go.
