Early Adamas II from the "Wood Knob Era."

Adamas II was introduced in 1981 as a lower-priced version of Super Adamas. The carbon fiber top and relacord bowl back are the same as Super Adamas, but the bridge and headstock are the same as Ovation's. The price is reasonable. This is a 1982 1681, featuring a deep bowl with a non-cutaway, in the popular reverse blue burst version. The wood knob controls are characteristic of this period.
The serial number can be found on the Rikigoki, although the letters are almost faded on the label.
The center of the top is slightly depressed, but there are no signs of peeling of the force wood. There are some scratches and stains on the top and back, dents and weather checks on the back of the neck, and dents on the headstock, as well as chipping and rubbing of the paint on the edges, but no major noticeable damage. The pickguard is painted clear and yellowed, and the plating on the metal parts is rusted, but these are normal signs of use and aging commensurate with the age of the instrument.
A genuine hard case is included. The case shows distortion, stains, scratches, and rust on metal parts, but it is within the practical use range.
The neck is in good condition, and the truss rod has been checked to 90 degrees in the tightening direction. The frets have been rubbed together and there are no dents, and about 80% of the height remains. Both playability and sound are perfect.
There are no problems with the electrical system at this time, however, this is an old product and may not be repairable in the event of a malfunction. The electrical system is not covered by warranty. Please understand this in advance.
The total condition is good. This is a chance to get the Adamas series that you have been longing for. This is a recommended one. If you have been looking for one, don't miss it.
