A used "Custom 24 10Top" from 1992, featuring a quilted maple top, has arrived!
This guitar features a small heel and a John Mann Company tremolo, making its specifications very similar to those of the early models.

Custom 24
From the company’s founding in 1985 to the present day, the “Custom 24”—PRS’s flagship model—has undergone numerous specification changes and has consistently led the music scene of its time. With its beautiful appearance, excellent playability and durability, and wide range of tones, the Custom 24 fully satisfies the needs of guitarists. Its appeal lies in its versatility, which allows it to handle a wide range of genres, making it a favorite among guitar players worldwide.

Body, Neck, and Fingerboard
The body features a classic combination of a quilted maple top, mahogany back, and mahogany neck. The fingerboard is made of Indian rosewood.

Neck Shape
The neck features a “Regular” profile with a nut width of approximately 42.0 mm. It’s recommended for players who prefer a solid grip provided by its moderate thickness and width!

Hardware
The guitar is equipped with Wing Lock tuners.
These tuners feature a groundbreaking Wing Lock mechanism—an innovative design that makes changing strings dramatically easier and faster. When changing strings, you can easily remove them simply by turning the wing (claw) section, allowing for quick string changes.

The bridge is equipped with a tremolo unit manufactured by John Mann Company. Unlike conventional tremolos, it features a one-piece construction where the bridge baseplate and saddle mount are integrated into a single unit.
Since the baseplate is machined from a single block of metal rather than assembled from multiple parts, the overall vibration transmission efficiency of the plate is extremely high, resulting in rich sustain and harmonics.

Pickups
The guitar is equipped with the classic “HFS” and “Vintage Bass” pickups. HFS—which stands for “Hot, Fat, Screams”—is an evolution of the original Standard Treble pickup. The HFS is a powerful pickup that offers a well-balanced blend of attack, clear highs, robust mids, and powerful lows. The Vintage Bass, meanwhile, is characterized by a warm high-mid sound that’s ideal for rock and jazz.

Condition
There are signs of wear, including paint chips around the outer edge of the body top, a chip in the wood at the tip of the headstock, as well as other dents, scratches, and some tarnish and rust on the parts.

The neck, frets, truss rod, and all other components essential to playability are in perfect working order.
Furthermore, upon arrival, our repair center performed a full setup and fret leveling, so you can use it with confidence.
