This is a Mayer mouthpiece for alto saxophone. This is a New York engraving. This is an early model from the specifications. The deep teeth marks on the beak are filled with resin material. The facing curve, tip, and baffle section seem to have been refaced. There appears to be a slight bump mark on the right side rail when the table is viewed from the front, but this is not a problem for use.
