A vintage-style, classic Fender Japan! The 60s-style Jazz Bass is now in stock!

"Fender," the originator of the electric bass.
This particular model arrived just before Fender Japan transitioned from the "Fender Japan" line to the current "MADE IN JAPAN" series.

It features a basswood body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard. While the specs are similar to the current Traditional II series, the neck shape is a Slim C—a slimmer, thinner profile known for its smooth playability.
It features the familiar Vintage-Style Single-Coil Jazz Bass pickups. The controls follow the classic configuration of two volume knobs and one tone knob.
The sound is characteristically Japanese, featuring a tight midrange and a rich, deep low end. The midrange, with its characteristic Fender clarity, is reminiscent of the 1960s.

There are signs of wear throughout, including scattered scratches and small dents, as well as some discoloration on the parts.
However, the neck truss rod is currently in good condition, and playability is excellent.
