1972-73 Fender Telecaster Factory Bigsby Blonde Refinish Now in Stock!!

This guitar was manufactured between 1972 and 1973, with serial number 378597 and a neck date of 3DEC72X.

The neck was manufactured around December 1972 (3DEC72X). The "X" likely stands for "B," but it has almost completely faded and cannot be confirmed. The finish was refinished and over-lacquered on the back of the neck during nut and fret replacement. The headstock top retains its original finish.

The body is from late 1972, featuring no extra cavity and retaining the cutout in the neck pocket. It has been refinished in the same blonde color.

The pickups have been replaced with a Custom Shop model in the front and a Custom Shop model in the rear. The pots, selector switch, and capacitor have also been replaced.

While there are some dents and scratches, playability is excellent. Enjoy the signature, piercing sound of a Telecaster.

Due to the numerous replacement parts and refinish, this guitar is not intended for collectors, but it is a great instrument to play hard.
