USED TAYLOR / 614c, manufactured in 2000 [03]

A used Taylor pure acoustic guitar has just arrived!

This 2000 model features X-bracing and Grover tuners. It is a Grand Auditorium-sized model with maple sides and back, and no pickup.
There are a few minor dents and scratches. Two shallow dents, each less than 1 cm in size and accompanied by cracks in the finish, can be seen on the top near where the elbow would rest, but neither is particularly noticeable. The finish has yellowed slightly, the satin finish on the back of the neck has a slight sheen, and the plating on the metal parts has dulled slightly; however, considering its age, the guitar is in relatively good cosmetic condition.There is a mark where a strap pin was attached toward the back of the neck heel, and there are signs of crack repair to the left and right of the screw hole. Additionally, the strap pin currently attached to the neck heel is not an original part. There is also some paint peeling on the neck heel.
A wooden shim is inserted beneath the saddle. The neck is in proper condition, and the truss rod has been tested to move 60 degrees in both directions. The frets have been dressed and show no dents; they retain more than 70% of their original height. Both playability and sound are impeccable. This is a well-aged instrument that delivers a crisp, dry tone.
