A used MARTIN D-45 has arrived in stock.
Built in 2010, this guitar features a carefully selected solid Sitka spruce top and solid East Indian rosewood sides and back, offering a rich harmonic range, deep bass, and crystal-clear treble.The top, sides, and back are lavishly adorned with the beautiful abalone purfling characteristic of the Style 45, and the fingerboard features hexagon inlays. It exudes the elegance and presence befitting Martin’s flagship model.
The nut width is approximately 43mm.
The frets have been leveled.
There is a slight step at the junction of the left and right fingerboard bindings.
While there are signs of use throughout, such as playwear, dents, and weather checking, it is in relatively good condition for a used instrument.
The truss rod has approximately 60 degrees of play in the tightening direction.
The string action is approximately 2.6 mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string and approximately 2.0 mm at the 12th fret on the 1st string.
The sound is excellent, reflecting the quality one would expect from a D-45.
